Every profession has its good and its bad. With Davey, I was working with one of the very best. At the outset, he demonstrated a clearly superior approach to selling our house. Having said that, we were initially targeting being on the market quite a few months out. We had a change in circumstance that meant we needed to move quickly, and he was able to priority the work needed to stage the property, and help us to access the funds to do so. He was also helpful in evaluating offers, as well as navigating a bump due to an error on the buyer's side.
Davey was wonderful to work with! He was not high pressured at all and guided us through the whole process of our home sale! We highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a Real Estate Agent!
Davey comes through. The man is always there when you need him, cares deeply about client experience, and most importantly gives space to look at the house when viewing the home. Any questions we had he either was very knowledgeable or did research to give us an informed answer. Cannot recommend Davey enough.
